Kingdom Meikles Africa Announces new Website

On 25 March 2008 at its analyst presentation in Harare Zimbabwe, Kingdom Meikles Africa Limited, the largest local conglomerate listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange announced the launch of a new investor relations website: MeiklesAfrica.co.zw.

Design@7 Visual Works is Born

This month (April 2002) the web design department of Africa Online Zimbabwe became a fully functional design house called Design@7 Visual Works. The outfit will specialise in design for print,  website development and related online activities. Jacob Ngandu is the man at the helm.

Ecoweb is Launched

Econet Acquires Data Control

Cyberplex Africa- A New Web Era

Zimbabwe’s First ISP

Data Control, (Internet Unlimited) became the first Internet Service Provider in Zimbabwe during this year (1995). The company was owned by the Nurstern Family.
